When terminating the aviation plug, the operator shall conduct termination and inspection in strict accordance with the termination specifications or requirements of the termination form used, and terminate according to the corresponding contact number. The thickness of the large insulating layer between the selected cable conductors shall match the spacing between the contacts, and the cable core shall match the terminal of the contacts. When crossing and merging between the contacts, the diameter of stranded wire cores shall be considered, and it is prohibited to cross and merge between the crimping holes of the contacts.  
During welding, the electric soldering iron with corresponding power shall be selected according to the diameter of bare wire. The welding time of each contact is generally no more than 5S. Pay attention not to allow the flux to penetrate the insulator, so as not to reduce the insulation resistance of the product.
    When the crimping method is adopted, it should be noted that the crimping quality can be guaranteed only when the aviation plug contacts, wires, crimping tools and crimping procedures are accurate and controlled.
Before clamping the harness, the tail accessories shall be screwed to the end, otherwise the threads of the shell and tail accessories may be damaged during use.     When connecting the tail accessories with anti rotation device (anti rotation key, etc.), align the tail accessories with the anti rotation device on the plug or socket, otherwise the anti rotation and other functions will be lost, and the aviation plug and tail accessories may be damaged.
    When fixing the cable, first tighten the screw on one side of the aviation plug cable clamp to make the cable clamp press on the tail accessories, and then tighten the screw on the other side to clamp the cable.
